That sounds good! Much better project than The War Magician IMHO!

This is hysterical! Apparently, The Daily Mail which usually make fun of progressives for questioning actors who play roles different to their life experiences is now very angry at BC for playing a revolutionary peasant leader! The DM is doing identity politics! Lol
I hope it’s truth that he is about to film this, tho.!

Yeah, because there's just not enough work for headless peasants in films!
I guess the only role left for BC now is a Goodbye Mr. Chips remake! Oh, wait a minute - he's too old for that role! Well at least for the beginning of the film. He could play Chipping in the last half! FFS! This is getting ridiculous! But then again it is the DM!

TBF that way of thinking it's pretty conservative. I remember when "stay on your line" when talking about different cultures was considered very regressive but at some point young progressive decided that not having curiosity about others was the thing to do (I remember a very interesting essay by Keenan Malick about it. It was indeed the most regresive elements in some culture who promoted the idea and lazy "progressive" Westerners embraced them giving the back to progressive in those cultures:see the use of veil in Iran as an example)
But it's funny considering how rightwingers usually tried to make fun of the ridiculousness of "liberals" saying things like that!
