I spy Kriezimam in the comments! I am the "Jennifer" who disputed the assertion that you can call a person by any name you like unless they've earned your respect. Who thinks that way? Roverpup, are you Valma? Yes, I am. :-))

Ugh. The septics are so embarrassing. Can't they stay in their cuckoo bubble.
Oh, and, I didn't get that memo about using aliases outside. Lol.

Can't they stay in their cuckoo bubble. Nope! Thanks to the interwebz, social media, and the comments section, any a-hole with a stupid opinion can spout it to the world. Even the president of the United States. 😜

With Sophie involved in this as a producer, then, does anyone else think there's actually a possibility that it'll be produced as actually a vehicle for her to star in as well? Just a thought. The readings she's taken for Letters Live have been reflective of her pregnancy and new motherhood, and this role could be following the same precedent, especially as the familial connection means she's probably been closely associated with the project from inception of the story.

And is it actually true that the author is the sister in law? I kind of doubt it. It's possible, but they might need a bigger name to get distribution. From what I can tell, Sophie's real passion seems to be in directing and bringing artists together to collaborate. I'm wondering if she might want to direct it.

Thank you so much for reposting this. It seems like a very interesting project for SunnyMarch to be involved with. Glad there is a big family connection too, what with Megan Hunter the author of the book, and Sophie and Ben being co-producers.

I haven't read the book but it's indeed seem interesting. Based in the summary, I imagine it like a kind of Children of Men but centering in the young mother point of view instead of Clive Owen. I wonder which actress could play the main part.
