TBF that Twitter account seems to be just a random! 🤷 I really don‘t think so. There are countless users wishing him the worst. And I mean, when he doesn‘t even have a movie out… Just really all the time.

Social media is a hellhole. They don’t mean anything!
IMHO Fassbender is a great actor with an imposing personality but he isn’t very approachable like BC or Tom Hardy. They two can play nasty characters (and in the case of Hardy behaving awfully on set) and still be lovable to general audiences. Fassbender sounds perfectly cast for a role like The Killer because there is this coldness and indecipherableness on him. Even when he played a real life character like Bobby Sands he was a huge mystery and he is brilliant for that but I think he is totally wrong for a silly comedy directed by professional silly man Waititi! Of course, the film seemed to have a lot of issues and most of them weren’t Fassbender!
Having said that, social media is always stupid! I mean BC won a poll by a dumb Jake Gyllenhaal fan the other day and that person was so angry that he used some fabricated stuff from an old stupid Tumblr blog to attack BC! And by the way, I saw one of the younger BC fan, recycling what apparently was a MeToo allegation against Gyllenhaal which I didn’t even knew it existed! Of course, just rumors! The woman doesn’t even says his name but it’s clearly him and, if true, there isn’t even a crime. Just one of those he is asshole who likes young innocent BUT totally adult women! So yeah, you can take social media seriously.

Speaking of weddings, Chris Evans got married over the weekend to someone who’s younger than himself by 15 (?) years or so and his fan base is having a meltdown, screaming grooming. They are both adults of legal age but there’s lots of fans shouting he shouldn’t have done it.
This is the problem when you give everyone a platform from which to holler their opinions - they’re going to do that, lol, no matter how hateful or ignorant.

TBF The one criticizing Gyllenhaal was the girl he supposedly was courting (I googled her. She exists and yep, they worked together. She still never really names him) but years after the “relationship” she just understood that it was “wrong” that he was too old for her and that she wasn’t really attracted to him but felt pressured by him, their co-workers and even her own family. And that maybe, having short “romances” with naive young but adult women in his workplaces was something common for him so no crime! Just a dirty and maybe creepy powerful guy! … if true!
That girl is actually Evan’s new wife so I don’t think there is a comparison. She isn’t moaning! I still called him “rabo verde” (and old nasty man who chases young women) today because my co-workers were saying she was ugly and totally not on his league! Lol I’m just like to contradict people and she is pretty!
EDITED, there is a part in that girl essay when she describes the man who supposedly is Gyllenhaal as something along the lines of “disgusting”. It’s a conflicted piece so sometimes she says she likes him but in others that, yeah, she felt disgusted by his face and I thought about how all those attractive hunks just one day become “old dirty man” for those young women. Surely, he still can seduce a few but you just can’t avoid age! It’s, of course, ridiculous to criticize adult couples with a huge age difference but on the other hand, no matter how much money you have, there will always be young people thinking you are disgusting when you try to chase them! Lol It’s definitely better to have a stable relationship preferably with someone of your age or at least someone who wants to be with you instead of just being ridiculous! (Still, no a crime, tho.!)
