I just streamed it on my TV and you know how You Tube plays a related video seconds after. Well, it actually played Mother's Milk movie trailer and I feel bad for that production but you can actually see how it's to have a good pr team (and money?)! That trailer is just awful! I know I said it before with the teaser but it's almost incredible that the material source is the same!

Omg Hugo Weaving looks absolutely brutal. We’re in for quite a ride, ladies. I can’t wait! I love a multi parter miniseries. Parades End is one of my favs, but PM isn’t going to be any Christopher Tietjens, that’s for sure. (Rubs hands together)

I feel disgusted by Weaving in the trailer but probably it was in part because I knew what he was doing (and thinking) in those scenes! I remember a few years ago BC was in a party. I think during The Golden Globes but probably when he was nominated for Sherlock not TIG. He was photographed with Juno Temple and they were hugging each other in a super friendly way and I was slightly scared at him because I had some Atonement flashbacks! LOL So silly! But he is a great actor and he was so disgusting there! I'm sure it will be the same with Weaving! EDITED: This photo. That bastard!!!😉

I love Patrick's inner dialogue. I hope some of it makes it onscreen, somehow. "We've taken Aqaba" makes perfect sense in the book.

I think he will have a lot of monologues and crazy conversations with himself in the adaptation. It’s clear in the behind the scenes videos and in the trailer. Some article said he broke the forth wall in the trailer but he doesn’t, he is just talking to himself because the drugs cause him auditory hallucinations: “the endless voices”.
Another funny comment I saw on Facebook, this time, a guy saying the search for the actor to play Lou Reed has finished! Also someone posted a photo with himself, a kid and Cumberbatch on set, mentioned something about only until after the trailer he has permission to post his photos. It was on a comment so I couldn’t post a direct link and after a few cases of people posting and later deleting images after seeing how quickly BC stuff travel on Internet I am not sure I want to post without a direct link (and there was a young person in the image) but it seems he took time to take photos with fans in Glasgow.

The trailer looks great! I ‘m so excited! I’m glad I watched it earlier because now the links all say that it’s unavailable.
I’ve thought that breaking the fourth wall would be a good way to incorporate some of Patrick’s interior monologues and musings, but maybe not in the NYC episode. He’s too out of it. He wasn’t doing that in the trailer, though.

They delated all the videos except the official one from Sky. Strangely it works for me without a VPN. Did you watched it, lorelei? I hope! He is beginning to losing it in that scene! I can see him doing all the voices in his head in the scenes in the hotel room!

It looks really good! The director Edward Berg breakout in America was Deutschland'83 and funnily it also used New Order in the trailer's soundtrack: youtu.be/m4WIfrO0aigI wonder if he edits his own trailers! My favorite reaction: LOL! Has he actually make a statement about Trump? He imitated him a few times and did one sketch on an American TV show but I don't remember a serious comment. I mean, I'm sure he hates him. He seems smart enough to hate him but he hasn't talk openly about the theme! Well, Inga warned us!
(He of course is referring to him questioning the producer if the tweet for which they hired him said he wanted to play “a stable genius”. See the other thread) EDITED: Deadline wrote an article centering in the joke:
