Benedict Cumberbatch reprises his role as Stephen Strange (Doctor Strange) on the third installment of the films based on Marvel Comics character, Thor.
Thor (Chris Hemsworth) can't return to Asgard and, to make things worse, he doesn't have his hammer. He'll have to fight Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) in order to return to Asgard. Meanwhile, Hela (Cate Blanchett) is preparing Ragnarok, the destruction of the Asgardian Civilization.

The Current War

The Current War is set in late 1880 and early 1890 when Thomas Edison (Benedict Cumberbatch) and George Westinghouse (Michael Shannon) were competing for the introduction of electric power transmission systems both sustainable and marketable. Edison proposed the use of a direct current while Westinghouse backed an alternating current.

The Child in Time

The Child in Time is an upcoming movie adapted from Ian McEwan's novel. Benedict Cumberbatch will play Stephen Lewis, a successful children’s book author whose daughter suddenly goes missing.The 1987 novel on which it's based centres around a man named Stephen (Cumberbatch)and his wife Julie (Kelly Macdonald), two years after the disappearance of their three-year-old daughter Kate. The plot focuses on the way in which the parents lives disintegrate after the loss of their child. The adaptation will take a look at the dark territory of a marriage devastated, the loss of childhood and the fluidity of time, grief, hope and acceptance.

The War Magician

Benedict Cumberbatch is attached to play Jasper Maskelyne, a celebrated London stage magician who, as an officer in the British Army during World War II, used his skills as a master of deception to create incredible battlefield illusions that helped outwit Rommel's forces in North Africa. Gary Whitta is writing this biopic, based on the book by David Fisher. The War Magician is financed by StudioCanal (The Imitation Game), and produced by StoryScape Entertainment, LoneTree Entertainment, and Cumberbatch's SunnyMarch.

The Man in the Rockefeller Suit

Cumberbatch will portray Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter, a real-life imposter who posed as a member of the Rockefeller family, garnering several Wall Street jobs and a marriage along the way. When his con is found out, he risks losing custody of his daughter. David Bar Katz wrote the screenplay for The Man in the Rockefeller Suit. A search for a director is currently underway.
