I recognized his beautiful voice before they even showed him. It couldn’t be anyone else.

One young actor - George MacKay - looked familiar, so I looked him up. He was in the movie Pride!

I have read some reactions. Nolan's fanboys are screaming, of course! Maybe it looks a little like Durkik because the cinematographer, editor and composer are the same people and not because Mendes is a big fan or is copying your fave! Anyway, the difference between both directors is that you can like or not Mendes but he is not style over substance filmmaker. So Colin Firth is the man who sent the kids to the mission and apparently, Richard Madden (who is not in the trailer) is the brother: someone commented his character seems to have the same last name than Dean-Charles Chapman's character; Who is BC? An Officer with some extreme ideas? ("...last man standing" line) And a scar on the face! I also saw some speculation that this will be PG-13 rated. This based in that Durkik was PG-13 and that we didn't see bloody stuff on the trailer! We will see but trailers are rarely R rated and contrary to Durkik, this is not a Summer movie. Also with the exception of War Horse (based in a play for kids) and maybe Lincoln (not exactly a war film), Amblin war themed productions are R rated. Nothing bad with a PG-13 rating but it would be cool if they go for some authenticity in that regard. EDITED: Oops! Deakins wasn't Durkik protographer nor Newman's the composer! Sorry, Nolan's fanboys! You are right! Mendes is just a copycat!
