Sorry for the crappy screenshot but the site is awful. It bombarded me with spam! It's an interview with Aimee Lou Wood. This is the link to the magazine site, 1883magazine.com/category/film/The article is called One's to Watch Film 2020 but I don't recommend to visit it! EDITED Glad the mental health theme seems to be relevant to the plot.

Nice! Good article, too, questioning that progression of his drawings that folks love to imprint on him.

The bts picture we saw of an actual blue cat leads me to believe this may not be a standard biopic. 🤞🏼

That's a strange way of putting what happened with him. I don't see nothing delightful in being locked for some time in the worst conditions.
I still find weird Claire Foy playing his wife. She doesn't look 10 years older than him.

I could be wrong but I think it will have some fantastical elements. Maybe some animation. I think that's why the synopsis sounds so whimsical like the new image. Also I think there are a few reports claiming it's actually a comedy and Sharpe is supposedly known for doing (very dark) whimsical comedies about mental health issues.
Foy, of course, doesn't look 10 years older than him and she will never do but remember that the person she is playing died in her 30s and the one BC's playing died until his 80s. I guess they could hired a 20 something for Wain at that age (and a 80 something for his older days. BC is too old to play someone 20 years younger but in theory he is extremely young to play someone 40 years older!) but personally I don't like when movies do that. Also you wouldn't have the two stars of the film acting together! It's also a political issue so I guess it would be some criticism but I understand why they did it. I just hope the script doesn't center too much on the real life age difference between them!

Maybe they’re taking some creative license with the age difference. It doesn’t really matter to the plot much, does it?
