OK the window of those films announced are like this,
The Starling, 7 days
The Guilt, 7 days
Passing, 14 days
The Harder the Fall, 12 days
Bruised, 7 days
The Power of the Dog, 14 days
Tick, Tick...Boom, 7 days
The Unforgivable, 16 days
The Hand of God, 12 days

That looks like a poster for the festival. Isn't it in Italian?

I remember that when it was announced at Cannes market, they were clear that the rights in the UK for streaming/TV were ultimately owned by the BBC (also in Australia and New Zealand, they were owned by a traditional local distribution company), so no need to panic but yeah, the Criterion Collection physical movie is a much better option. Physical media is always a better option!
