Has anyone else been watching this? It’s kind of an interesting diversion. It’d fun to try to pick out which characters are voiced by the actors who play them in the films … it’s a surprising number!
I liked the episode about T’Challa the best so far, though it was bittersweet to hear Chadwick Boseman in that role one last time.
The first one about Peggy Carter was okay, though I didn’t like the most recent one that much. Hopefully the Doctor Strange focused one is good 😃

I’ve been watching them, but I forgot to last week. The first one with Peggy and Steve seemed kind of like a standard inversion to me, to please the “woke” crowd, or maybe that’s my cynicism talking. I liked the one with Chadwick more - it was so *wholesome* and a little bit shocking. A nice/reformed Thanos? [Really? 😂/spoiler]. I am looking forward to hearing BC’s voice, though. I love hearing him speak. 🤤
I don’t think “cartoons” are really my thing, although I am enjoying the voice acting. I guess they’re not really cartoons, they’re *animation* or something, but I’m so old anything drawn and not photographed is a cartoon, lol.

So I watched this today and OMG! It was amazing! Ben’s voice work just gets better and better! Good plot, stupendous animation, tons of heart and soul. I think it blew the other offerings off the screen.

I usually don't watch these things but I had to watch this one and thought it was pretty great. Like surprisingly great, for Disney & Marvel standards. Finally a more darker take on a story. Benedict was great as well.

Agreed that was really great!
It was a compelling story with real consequences for the universe it was set in! And though the animation couldn’t do justice to how Benedict really moves in real life, I thought this story was well served by the animation style of the series and appreciated that they really let loose in the scenes that warranted it.
Also I loved how the story really made sense with the core of who Strange is … he’s driven and focused and is not all sweetness and light, just as he is also capable of great good and setting aside some things to accomplish something for the greater good (see his allowing himself to get dusted to enable Thanos’s ultimate defeat in Endgame or his face off with Dormammu)
His voice work was fantastic… I love that we got yet another “I’ve come to bargain” in his backstory. I saw in the credits that ADR was done at Disney in S California. I wonder if some was done when he was there this summer for SNWH reshoots (from other Disney+ shows it seems they are often still adding things until very late, close to air date)

For the 2 or 3 of us who watched this, (lol) here’s an in depth examination of the episode. I think this guy’s got a weird thing for Mephisto and some of his future theories might be a little too much, but it’s a terrific analysis of the episode. m.youtube.com/watch?v=_bpOIjSFGpo
