As I always wonder when seeing a clip of Sophie...is that a maternity dress?

I think it’s just a baggy, comfy dress (but I wonder the same thing, lol!).

Yes I think Sophie’s dress is just a loose fit. I think she’s probably done with having babies now. Shame they didn’t have a girl but they’re blessed in so many other ways I guess you can’t have everything.

Shame they didn’t have a girl but they’re blessed in so many other ways I guess you can’t have everything. I wondered about the dress, too. She certainly doesn’t look pregnant, but it still could be a maternity dress. Maybe she’s learned to recycle her old clothes like her husband likes to do? Ha! But it would be so nice for them to add a little girl to their family!

To be serious about adoption though, I wonder when a family has “biological” children would the adoptee always feel second best no matter how much the parents felt about and treated all the children equally.

I can't speak from direct experience about adoption but my mum fostered a child when I was young and when the little boy was finally adopted and left our family she was broken hearted. I can attest to the fact she loved that child as if she had given birth to him. It took her years and years to accept he wasn't hers any longer and always regretted she hadn't adopted him herself.
