I haven’t read this story. Is it like a “Scrooge” tale? Horrible person is transformed by…something?

Article from another reputable website, including the detail that Anderson's usual cinematographer has also mentioned he's heading to England for their next project. Everything lines up!

I found the book on Amazon, so I’m ordering it. The stack of books to read by my bed was finally down to zero, and now I’m back up to three.

About the legitimacy of the guy, I remember he had another big BC scoop years ago. I think it was Hamlet. A lot of people were moaning, as they are doing now, that it was the DM so it wasn’t true and others, like Weintraub and The Playlist, claimed he is actually a good scooper and a respected journalist even when he works for that tabloid.
I saw someone telling a film critic who had doubts that they guy is always wrong. I haven’t closely following him but I have seen him being right before and a lot of people seems to trust on him (apart that there is circumstantial evidence that both BC and WA were working in something in London/based on Roal Dahl) and TBH, I have seen “respected” journalist in Variety/THR/Deadline publishing wrong information! Remember the Patrick Melrose season 2? Paul Dano playing The Penguin in The Batman?, etc. So even if the guy has been wrong before (I haven’t seen it but it’s very possible!), the “trustworthy” also commit errors!

I remember seeing Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory on tv when I was 12-13, and I loved it (and still do). Even back then, I was fascinated by the end credits of movies, and I learned that it was based on a book, which I found in the library. Reading the books of movies became a regular thing for me because I was rarely allowed to see movies in theatres. My mother thought they were a waste of money and I should wait until they show up on tv. So I read Jaws when the movie came out, just so I could join in when everyone talked about it. Sometimes I would read the book before the movie came out, even if I was planning on seeing the movie. I remember reading Presumed Innocent and finishing it just before leaving the house to go see it at the movies (both the book and movie were forgettable).

benedict's garden is one of the septics. It's one of the many sockpuppets from the most toxic septics who, btw, think that posting about any other thing (BC related) than TPOTD is part of Sophie's evil plans to undermine BC's chances to get the oscar. Why would evil Sophie do such a thing if she would have more money and recognition if BC wins the oscar? Septic logic.
Here is the original post from Weintraub.
