I know it’s not a photograph of him, but I thought it was an illustration or drawing for a poster, maybe.
In the story, doesn’t he start to wear disguises to go to the casinos so that he isn’t recognized?

My take is that it’s a random illustration by the Italian site.
I can’t imagine someone like Anderson permitted something so rudimentary for a publicity photo/drawing but, of course, I can’t know for sure. We will see!

It was randomly mentioned in one review but I don’t see it on IMDb or widely discussed, apparently the great Jarvis Cocker has a cameo like a casino doorman.
