I think Inside Man was awful. If they make a second season I'm not watching it. Really? That’s so disappointing! I’ve only seen the first and third episodes - I missed the second. And I think there are only four episodes in all. I don’t know yet how it ends, but I can say already that it’s hard for an audience to care about characters who are so unlikable. So far, they all behave badly and I don’t like any of them.

Oh, good! I hope Netflix here shows it, too. I’ll get a chance to see the parts I missed.

Dan and I just finished watching The Inside Man on Netflix Canada and we both liked it.
It wasn't without its flaws (yes, some things were highly improbable!), but it was very entertaining and kept us guessing as to what was coming next. And I'm not even a big fan of David Tennant really!
I really liked the character of Janice. She was a real piece of work! A very complex character!
And I also liked the young reporter!
Are we sure they are planning a second season? I would tune in.

I loved this series! What a great ending! Although you must suspend disbelief about some unlikely plot points, and a cheesy Silence of the Lambs-type introduction to the death row inmates. The series does grow on you if you watch more episodes. I'll definitely watch a second season.
There are a few bits that reminded me of Sherlock: of course Stanley Tucci's detective character whose process seems so clear once explained, and a "I Am Sher-locked" type word pun as the solution to a case.
