He is more about (theatre) scoops than reviews but he writes pieces and I don't remember he being negative about anything! He clearly have contact with studios and have these kind of scoops. I remember he was the first press type who wrote freely about TIG. At least in the U.K.
I think it's positive Weinstein is promoting it. Around this time of the year he tend to change of mind about his movies and change dates, sometimes completely abandoning movies. And we know he just had a screening!

Now he answered this (he was asked if he had watched the movie): I hope that means they are fixing "the mess" according to the AW people who watched it. Today I went there to see what wass being said about the batch of film that are being released these days (Baby Driver and others) and I read instead about a movie with Andrew Garfield and Claire Foy, Breathe, directed by Andy Serkis. It was being compared with The Theory of Everything and Garfield to Redcarpet.

🙄
I read about Andy Serkis movie opening London Film Festival. They should compare both Redmayne and Garfield to the first guy who played someone with a disability and campaigned so hard to win an Oscar that even went to the USA Congress supposedly to talk about the theme even when he was just an actor (without any disability in real life) not an expert and wasn't even American! I think he is retired now but his name was something like Daniel Day Lewis. Oh my! He was so hungry for awards that surely didn't have any talent at all! Of course evil Weinstein was behind him and he kind of make him a star in the USA even when he was an unknown before that!

The child actor playing BC's son is Andy Serkis' son in real life! Nice! And he is also in Serkis' Jungle Book!
