Baz Bamigboye, as said, is always nice, albeit with different degrees of enthusiasm. And he obviously does get invited onto sets and must be privilege to lots of insider info, partly because he's well liked, but also because he's long since proven he can be trusted with knowledge and doesn't abuse the trust. And I'm assuming he probably really does know of any problems with the TCW film, and might well have seen it. He'll certainly know TCW has been screening and therefore presumed very nearly ready, so his "Film's not ready just yet" might be unconsciously acknowledging issues with it. The obvious answer to the question asked, if he really hasn't seen anything of it, was just "no". And he didn't say he hadn't seen it.

But the movie is really not ready/finished yet. Even the early "reviews" said it: no music, etc. It wasn't a press screening but a test screening. Even the leaflet said press types wouldn't be admitted.
He is a nice guy but he is also part of the press, I doubt they would let him seen an unfinished product. Invited to the set and do interviews it's common. Even Marvel movies do that! The interesting part is why is he writing so early about it? Maybe he didn't had any interesting news and wasn't banned to talk about the visit by the company or for whatever reason (create early hype?) Weinstein gave authorization to write about it this early. They gave him the photographs so I can imagine it's a marketing plan.

If it’s an official poster it’s a bit surprising. The way it’s edited with a light source on both sides is doing strange things to both their profiles. Ben looks like he’s a smoker exhaling after a draw, and MS looks like they photoshopped his image a little too closely.

Ooo yummy yum! I love handsome men in period clothing. Ben looks slightly...unkept and grimey, which is good for me, lol. Michael Shannon’s moustache is, uh, large, but I love his laconic-ness in this. Nicholas Hoult is sure shaping up into a gorgeous young man, isn’t he? This movie looks to be quite the hunkfest.
Although I can already hear the comparisons to Sherlock and Alan Turing.

I remember a journalist saying/joking that he is becoming Dennis Quaid in a derogative way. Something like “I didn’t like The Current War because this and this and also BC is becoming DQ! Ewwww!
That’s crazy because a) Dennis Quaid is a very handsome man; b) BC clearly has makeup (including cheek fillers) to make him look fatter and not exactly like him in real life; c) Judging actors by their physicality is actually very childish and just shows what kind of human being the pseudo-critic is! Or it’s only bad when it’s Rex Reed doing it against a woman? Another proof that Twitter film “critics” are just the new Rex Reed but without the occasional wit!
