No, it's "private". They sell tickets and invite press/critics. I'm trying to remember if we have had videos but I'm not sure. There will be reports by professionals and fans, tho. He did a few for Sherlock in the past but not for the recent episodes. There was one for The Hollow Crown, too but he wasn't there and interesting enough, Richard III wasn't shown then.

He has said before, when being interviewed about other roles, that he never takes home the characters he plays. I really like that about him! He's just playing make-believe in front of a camera rather than torturing himself to get into the mind of different characters. He's just so good at it that people assume it goes deeper than that.
He has said, though, that his mother can tell when he's filming Sherlock because he's short with her!
