I didn’t know that Andrew Scott did voice work! The educational channel on tv has been showing a series called Earth’s Great Seasons, from 2016. I had seen it in the tv listings, but had never watched it. But it now just started, and I saw that it was narrated by Andrew Scott! This episode is Summer, so I don’t know if he does the others, too.
He has an interesting voice for narration, because I keep picturing Moriarty in a recording booth, watching a nature documentary. And then his Irish accent sounds so cheerful as he describes a colony of hairy silver ants (“the fastest ants in the world”). Ha!

I saw this yesterday. I hoped he was starting to promote Ripley, the new series, but there is no release date yet. It must be because of the movie "Catherine Called Birdy" which started streaming on Amazon Prime Video on Friday, Oct. 7, probably not in my country.

For all the fans. I want to see this movie. Also, Claire Foy.
AS has also been praised for his stage performance in Vanya.
I think his worst job was as Moriarty. Haha. I didn't like him in Sherlock, at least not always, too over the top. He was good as the creepy boyfriend though.

Sherlock was over the top but agreed that he was slightly too over the top! Lol
Still, I always liked him.
I will be sincere about Haigh. I saw his first also extremely acclaimed film and I thought it was kinda preachy! Like characters giving political speeches instead of normal people’s dialogue! This probably is considered sacrilege! Lol

I feel like I need to remind everyone that he was absolutely lovely at the Pride premiere at TIFF. And he smiled at me and signed an autograph for me. Everyone else was handing him scraps of paper torn from their programs, but I brought an actual photo of him (as Moriarty) to sign.

This probably is considered sacrilege! Lol I loved 45 years. I think it's a wonderful film. Both Charlotte Rampling and Tom Courtenay were excellent. I didn't find it preachy at all and there was nothing strange with the dialogue imo.
But I didn't watch all his movies/tv. I couldn't get into The North Water, for instance. I like Weekend.
The All of Us Strangers review are generally very positive (at least from critics I like). The actors are all good, too.
EDIT: I read again your post and you were talking about one of his movies. Sorry, sgev1977.

I miss the pandemic (haha, no!) and the possibility of watching (free) theatre online (AS included).
I just saw that Ripley was bought by Netflix and there is no news about its release date.
