The skit about them being acting rivals was frigging hilarious!! And really quite elaborate. I don't watch talk shows regularly - are all JC's skits this detailed? Loved it totally!!

Oh yes, that's what he does best! I think his interviews are pretty weak, but all these goofy segments are brilliant. Everyone knows about his Carpool Karaoke, but I prefer his Crosswalk Karaoke, which I actually thought Benedict might do with him. JC is also a singer and dancer, and isn't afraid to look ridiculous!

He also seems humble enough to let the guess being funny. I mean the punchline was clearly the "who let the dogs out" bit and he let BC to do it! The "serious actor" wasn't the straight man there!
Also in this sketch and the one with him as a tourist guide with The Avengers, he is very self-deprecating with his work, citing he did the Emoji movie and Peter Rabbit and then compared them to the biggest hits of his guesses.

For anyone who didn't get to see James Corden last Monday, this is what Benedict was wearing at the start of the show. They talked about the Miami Vice look, and Benedict offered to swap outfits with James. He later came on stage wearing different clothes and carrying the Miami Vice suit.

Stephen Colbert does his show in New York, so I wonder if there's some other event bringing Benedict to NY. Jimmy Fallon and Seth Meyers are there, too, so we might see him on those shows. And there are also a few morning shows in NY.
