Lantern Entertainment now owns a stable of more than 270 films such as The King’s Speech, The Artist, Inglourious Basterds, and the Scary Movie franchise. It includes unreleased features such as The Upside starring Kevin Hart, Bryan Cranston and Nicole Kidman, and The Current War with Benedict Cumberbatch and Michael Shannon, and scripted and unscripted TV series like Project Runway.

I hope they release TCW soon. Did they finish the edition?

The Current War will finally see the light of day (or, the darkness of a movie theatre)!

When the Weinstein scandal hit the news, they were apparently in the middle of the finishing touches to the movie. So who knows?

I was just thinking. . . The Current War was supposed to come out before Spider-Man, so now Tom Holland will be a big star in a small part in TCW. And he's likely to bring to it a big following of fans, so this Weinstein mess might have worked to the advantage of the movie after all! Who wouldn't want to see Doctor Strange and Spider-Man together onscreen again?
