Wasn't there a reference to Finn McCool in Cabin Pressure? It was in the episode about the sheep. One of my favourites. BTW here's the tumblr post . The gal who received the info said she is pretty sure it isn't fake.

If I heard the name, I’d think it was spelled Fionn - yes, like the stuffed sheep in that Cabin Pressure episode. The child is a Cumberbatch, so there has to be something extraordinary even about his first name!

They were actually concerned about it, not being mean or anything. I think all the Sophie haters have left. I agree. I read those too and thought the tone of almost all of them were highly sympathetic and concerned. I never thought there was anything really wrong with the baby but it did seem to me he was being very low-key about this birth. I have heard rumours that some fanatic "sham truthers" were shouting out insults about his family at him on occasion when he was filming. Might have spooked him into being more cautious?

I think it’s more that no journalist has bothered to follow it up this time & get the birth registration. Guess the media lose interest when it gets to baby no. 3. 😀. Pity it isn’t a girl but I’m sure Finn is a sweetie. Sophie is 41 now so I guess they won’t be going for a 4th. So there wont be a girl. 🙁

More and more women are having babies when they are past 40 now. Although more difficult for sure, it isn't a "no go zone" thing nowadays. Even 45 isn't beyond the pale anymore.

I was thinking that, too. Sophie has had all her babies in the past few years, so I think another or two won’t be any more difficult for her. The health problems, I think, might occur when a woman has her first baby after 40, or has babies 20 years apart. My best friend growing up had “older” parents. My mother was 21 when my sister was born, and 24 when I was born. But my friend’s mother was 38 when she had her. She turned 50 when we were 12. It seemed ancient to me! But her parents didn’t meet and marry until a bit later in life. And my friend was the oldest of 4 - they were all a year or two apart. She told me that her mother had once been publicly shamed (by another woman) for having so many children under the age of 5.

Yes. I guess she could have another baby but after three babies a little over four years she might have had enough! Especially as the next one would probably be another boy.😀

From that new interview, Ben mentions Sophie and their two children. I think they may have lost the new baby. 😔

There’s nothing new in it, other than mentioning The Current War, so really it could have been written in 2017 when the movie was supposed to come out. The stuff about his family could have been found on Wikipedia. I just can’t accept that there’s no baby #3!

I don't want to believe that they experienced a miscarriage (but of course I will if it is confirmed in new quotes that he still has just 2 boys). The only thing that throws me into doubt that the third child was indeed born is that this interview does mention his role in Good Omens and that was a really recent project. But then again none of the direct quotes confirm exactly how many children he has.
