I’m seeing that Daily Beast are still attacking the movie because it’s not what a bunch of activists wanted it to be. They published a click-bait headline (they say people is laughing at it when it’s more the case of angry people who don’t understand what fiction is), praised the movie (after all it was well-received) and BC’s performance and then praised themselves for publishing the old article in base of a stolen early script saying they didn’t make all the changes that people like Steve Bannon suggested then!
They also mention The Guardian review which again is compromised and those “brilliant” American journalists that can obtain stolen early drafts from British playwrights seems incapable of discover that the critic is married to a prominent Leave campaigner and make the link between what she says on the review (moaning about the way Leave campaigners are portrayed) and her own personal interests.
There is a lot of shady intentions behind a lot of these kind of articles and without doubt Daily Beast is the worst offender. They and The Guardian didn’t wanted this movie to even exist and DB went so far to publish stolen material and asking extremists what they thought about it.

I hate it when they do stuff like that! Netflix is going up, and I haven’t heard them tell us what extras we’ll be getting for the extra cost. And when I was at Costco yesterday, the cashier asked me if I wanted to upgrade to the Executive membership. I said no, and she said that the Executive membership would have gotten me a coupon for $5 off the toilet paper I was buying. I was furious! Every other time I’ve been there, they’ve handed out those coupons to everyone who walked in, but now only the Executive members will get them. I’ll bet my regular membership will go up, too.

It seems it’s being transmitted right now. There aren’t many tweets as in the UK (That was insane! I was reading them on the bus and it was massive!) but most of them are about the similarities with the USA’s President election. Also almost everyone seem to be journalists: I’m also seeing that “Rubio 2016’s data science manager is tweeting it. He thinks the description of the campaigns are very realistic but of course is being cynical about the criticism about his business!

I guess it's another scene. I remember Kinnear's character asks him if he is waiting for a baby and he says yes, then he asks about his daughters. That's all. Maybe it was because the numerous ads but then it's really silly or who knows? Maybe some legal issue. The UK clearly is more rigid about free speech than the USA although I wonder why something like that would be a problem. EDITED: On Channel 4 it's a 1:33 long movie but on HBO it's 1:38, 5 minutes longer. www.channel4.com/programmes/brexit-the-uncivil-war/episode-guidewww.hbo.com/movies/brexitSo yes, it seems Americans get more! EDITED: Also there is a new video there with new BTS interviews. I will post it on the HBO thread.
EDITED: @smilingbenedict on Twitter has the scene.

There aren’t many but these are the kind of reactions it also had in Spain. This film goes beyond that the historical event it portraits and that’s a huge achievement. That wouldn’t happen if instead of centering on the discontent and how it as exploited it by politicians it were about the Leave campaign overspending!
