They don't mention the methodology but the Deadline one is clearly by one those poll companies hired by studios/analysts. They also have info about demographics. I imagine the question was more open, "which was the reason you wanted to watch the movie?".
Fandango polls are more informal, I guess, just the people asking to ticket buyers direct questions like "Are you fan of this or that? Are you interested on the Multiverse or what will happen after Spider-Man?" It seems clear to me that it was based on questionnaires. I think that explains the big percentages in all the questions: people would obviously "like" most things about the film they just buy a ticket! If they hated something they wouldn't buying them!

It had a huge drop which it’s not a surprise (Marvel movies are frontloaded, mixed reception and more adult oriented than other Mariel movies) but the photo is funny!

It had a huge drop which it’s not a surprise (Marvel movies are frontloaded, mixed reception and more adult oriented than other Marvel movies) I think it's a shame what Marvel did to this movie and to the character. I didn't watch it yet but it seems it was just as the fans were predicting. I still think they (Feige) don't care about the character. Wong is apparently going to have his own movie and Doctor Strange had only a movie about how he became DS and supporting roles even on what was going to be his second movie after 6 years.

Folks on Twitter have pointed out that the drop off is comparable to that of SM: NWH, and is less than the drop off for Black Widow. So, it’s not all doom and gloom for our Doctor. Besides, it’s likely to finish with close to 3/4 of a BILLION dollars. I mean c’mon. That’s not too bad.
