Anyone watching it? We'll probably finish it up tonight or tomorrow morning. A really good thriller and I see there are some BC connections too.
Of course there's Keeley Hawes who played with BC in The Hollow Crown. But there is also Tom Brooke who was instantly recogniseble from his role of Bill Wiggins in Sherlock.
I'm not surprised we like this series since we both LOVED Line of Duty because it's made by the same folks.

I watched it online when it was on the BBC. I liked it a lot! There were some things that didn’t really make sense, but that didn’t matter because it was riveting to watch!
I’m starting to appreciate these limited series of just a few episodes. They’re like a really long movie!

Well, maybe we're both wrong. I didn't finish it.
It is available on the BBC iPlayer and also Killing Eve.
I'm trying to find courage to watch The Little Drummer Girl but kind of hated the book.

I recently read The Spy that came in from the Cold for the first time and I absolutely loved it! I then remembered that I never finished A Legacy of Spies, the last le Carre book centering in Peter Guillian and about the same events! I have to finished it now! I haven’t read The Little Drummer Girl!

I watched Bodyguard when it first aired. I liked it, even though it stopped making sense at one point. And it never came across as anything that might win awards!

Yes, that guy says that: it begins interesting then became bonkers! He said it did in one season what most series do in a few: going from very good to bad.

I didn’t think it was bad. To me, it seemed more like they established some characters as super intelligent and competent, and then in later episodes they’re idiots making making poor decisions. I know it’s all fiction, but you can’t just go changing what a character would do. It’s not believable anymore.

I liked it too. It wasn't a perfect series by any means but it had a certain something that made it exciting to watch and the characters had real chemistry.
Right now Dan and I are searching around for something new to get hooked into since we gobbled up Masters of Sex (we both LOVED that show and feel really bad there aren't any more of them). We started Bloodline on Netflix and it's ok, but it hasn't grabbed us by the throat and just seems to be spinning its wheels right now. So we started Damages and that seems a bit better. More of a thriller than the other one. But it is terrible when I keep comparing it to MoS which was soooo good I just couldn't wait to see the next episode! Sometimes it's what you are comparing it to that works against what you are currently judging, I think.
