I don't think the interview was shot more than once - his expressions during the bit about the handshake for getting Sophie pregnant were identical in both the C/U and the 2 shot versions so it must have been done (like you said) simultaneously. :-))
I can't say enough times how I adore this interview. I love when he gets so excited when talking about the "fightery" bits (his made up word!!). And when he whispers about liking DC's Batman! And when he is such a good fellow about not forgetting to mention and praise other people who worked on the film. I love when he talks about how he applies himself to get the physical and technical parts of his acting just right by working hard with the experts that are available. He was, as he often is, chatty but it was cute when a couple of times he had to search for the correct words - and I just like seeing him talking to himself about those evasive words - trying to capture them for the interview to continue.
He really is - in the words of Queen Zod - an irrepressible global treasure!
:-))

The screen grabs for edits are unfortunate, because that pink logo cuts too close to his (gorgeous) face. If there were more cameras filming, which it looks like, hopefully we can get some nicer headshots.

This is rather funny - colleagues of Richard Arnold take the piss over his "interview style" with BC. /video/1mobile.twitter.com/GMB/status/837209902594453504/video/1Well, he did say during the interview that he had known BC over a number of years and I guess leading by example is one way to relax the subject of the interview. LOL!:-))

Here's the tweet about the "relaxed" interview:
