I'm not even sure where I watched him first. It was Hawkings, Starter for Ten or Amazing Grace. I was shocked when I discovered he was the same guy in the three films and that's how I become a fan!

My first time (☺️) was watching Van Gogh Painted with Words. I love Van Gogh - who doesn’t? - and by the time 20 minutes had passed I was saying “who *is* that guy? He’s amazing!” He just captivated me, but I still didn’t really know who he was. Then The Imitation Game came out and I started seeing his name going around and I enjoyed IG, and then I started watching Sherlock and I was killed dead. I’m still dead, lol. I had thought I was too old to be having crushes on cute British actors anymore, but he just came up and punched me in the face. After that it was a few glorious months reading everything about him and watching his whole catalog multiple times. (I tend to get hyper fixated.) Oh, to be back in those heady days of a fresh crush! 😍
The thing that has always annoyed me was in 2010 my bestie told me about this new Sherlock show that PBS was doing that was supposed to be really great, but I blew it off b/c I don’t like detective shows. I’m still slapping myself. I could have had an additional 3 years of BC love. 😭
