Great new series with Bryan Cranston in the lead!
Just starting and they are doling it out one episode per week so this is torture!!

The director is Patrick Melrose director Edward Berger and apparently the series broke Showtime viewership records!
Also it was announced today that Netflix bought his All Quiet on the Western Front adaptation project so I don't think we will watch Rio soon but I'm happy he is doing well! He is a real talent!

Edward Berger is the reason this series caught my attention. It has some really interesting directorial choices contained within the first episode.
Also, Bryan Cranston is a really good actor. I have seen Breaking Bad, Trumbo, and his LBJ one "All the Way" all of which were excellent.

I'm taking it really easy today so that means watching tv all day. So we got a chance to see the penultimate episode of Your Honor.
Just really enjoying this one sooooo much! Can't wait until the finale.
Cranston is perfect as the judge but really the whole cast is tailor made for their roles.
Edward Berger directed the first 3 episodes, Clark Johnson handled the next 3, Eva Sørhaug did the 7-9 episodes and Brian Cranston is the director for the concluding episode. The amazing thing is that the transitions between the different directors has been completely seamless (now we haven't had the opportunity yet to see the conclusion but I don't doubt it too will follow in this trend).
Bit of a Cumberbatch connection... the actress who plays the matriarch of the Judge's family is Margo Martindale, the gal who played along side of BC in August: Osage County.
Honestly, this is such superior viewing!
