I just finished Pablo Larrain’s new film on Netflix. I liked it. It’s not probably his best film but it’s good and I really enjoyed it. I just think that Ronald Reagan got it easy! I mean I kinda admired in a probably dark way Margaret Tatcher for defending Pinochet when he was on trial because yeah, they were evil friends and she didn’t neglected it. Now she is seen as his “progenitor” but she wasn’t the only one! Actually, the USA had a much larger role in his creation but Reagan is just not mentioned in the film and, in real life, they just acted like they were always against him but we all know that wasn’t the case. They put Pinochet there! At least, she was sincere! I respect that! That’s probably my main issue with the film! They should had mentioned him or at least the USA.
EDITED: And, of course, Nixon!
