That map is for fun only. It doesn't correspond with any known map coordinates (latitude and longitude doesn't work that way at all on real maps).
Just BC being funny and doodling around.

BC's autographed picture and "treasure map" was the top raising item on that charity fundraiser! Someone paid £4,275 for it!!!
Great to see his cachet is able to inspire people at being so charitable.
