We're watching Face on the Crowd tonight.
Elia Kazan's other masterpiece (according to some critics).
I think, thematically, it might be relevant to the situation south of the 69th parallel.
It will also be interesting seeing Andy Griffith in his debut role and soooo different from what I usually think of when I remember him.
Anyone familiar with it? (No spoilers please)

Yes, I’ve watched it several times. I find it a great movie that is simultaneously repellent. And it absolutely speaks to certain political things that are happening in the US and the UK right now. It’s sort of similar to All the Kings Men with Broderick Crawford from 1949, an earlier rendition of a theme. Enjoy!
