Same here! I remember once staying late at a new job in a new office, and my door suddenly opened. It was the night cleaner, who apologized and said he didn’t know anyone was still there. He then told me that the person who had my job previously never stayed late, and said he’d return after I left. Another evening, he made a point of thanking me for leaving my office so clean that all he had to do was empty my trash can. It’s true that a tiny bit of courtesy goes a long way.! If I ever needed a little something extra done, he took care of it immediately.

That place, Capitán Sarmiento, is not on the South. It is still in Buenos Aires, not the city but the province and kind of NW. Perhaps they went South first and then went to the "estancia".
