I'm probably wrong, but wasn't that from last fall when he went to visit Der Spegel(?) and did that little meditation/prayer workshop for them? I think it was part of Dr. Strange hype.

I remembered that it was during Doctor Strange time and there was someone else with him in that photo but not the specifics. It wasn't Der Spiegel, tho, which it's a serious newspaper but the tabloid Bild: |
