Today as been extremely stressing, so of course I watched season 4. I like all the episodes the third being my favorite. But I think ep.2 will play better in awards. After watching this show way to many times.
The scene in 221b Baker Street, where John confesses he was texting a strange girl had to be the most shocked thoughtful expression on Sherlock. He really never thought John would two time Mary. I think it was a chance to see a big difference in viewing John. And , to me, I thought it was a Why moment. BC Sherlock is so dedicated to John & Mary, this was the last idea that would occur to him.
The other scene at the same spot, when Sherlock realizes John is seeing and talking to Mary. A bit surprised but really so totally accepting that had the end of the scene he talks to Mary, BC John is right in Sherlocks mind. It just seemed so right to him.
Edit: wrong title...as soon as I turned off the computer I realized it...lol and since I had to edit, I changed several spots. Other people do that? Or do you say, it is what it is. I have heard that sentence so many times in tv shows this week, coincidence?

I loved that part, too, where Sherlock realizes John is talking to Mary. It fits with Culverton talking to dead people, but this is different. Sherlock sees (and accepts) a very human thing to do for the first time.
