It sounds like a kid’s movie. Eric is TV-MA. The Total Film article says Eric “blends gritty naturalism with fantastical fable”. I think it’s targeted to a very different audience.

This guy talks about everything coming to Netflix in May, including Patrick Melrose and Eric. It begins at 21:56. He explains that Netflix hasn’t released any footage of Eric yet, which might mean they want to keep it a mystery?
