When you divide the films and tv series into separate lists, then TPOTD moves up few spots.

I appears now at #6 for me. It seem it really will be in the weeks chart, doesn’t?
EDITED without the series is #2.
Also I checked and the #1 film is the same it was #1 yesterday, The Whole Truth. It’s a horror film from Thailand! I don’t have any idea if it’s good or not but it’s wonderful how movies and series (The Squid Game) from foreign cultures are having such an international success thanks to streamings. Audiences are being real open to such alternatives options.

It’s still at #4 here, but I don’t know if it updated since yesterday. There are tv series at #1 and #3, so technically there’s only one film ahead of it, at #2 - Jumanji.

I know it’s updated here because yesterday it was at #4 but it was the #2 film, too, behind that Thai movie. The rest were/are series.

I just checked, and it’s now at #5. Money Heist (a series) appeared at #1, pushing everything down one spot. But only looking at films, TPOTD is still in second place.

#3 globally yesterday and it still in the first spot in movies in a few countries, including USA. I think the territory in which it doesn’t seem to have had any impact is India.
I checked and today is #6 here in general but still #2 in the films chart. I’m not sure if it’s updated, tho.
I can’t wait for the articles about the week top ten. I think they announce it on Thursday but I’m not sure! Anyway, award pundits were wrong when they claimed it wouldn’t have any impact. They just underestimate general audiences because they themselves have a very conventional taste and think everyone is the same. Maybe that’s the case with movies but this one was released on streaming and like Campion once said, TV is nowadays much more daring than anything on the big screen.
