I think it’s excellent for a movie like TPOTD. I mean those Oscar pundits were predicting that it wouldn’t have any impact at all!
EDiTED Reading the article, I think the guy presents some info wrong because for example King Richard number was from a weekend (3 days) meanwhile TPOTD is from 5 days (it was released on Wednesday). But hey, it’s good PR!
EDITED, he also said that Passing number (also a Wednesday release) is from a weekend and used it as comparison so I guess it’s not an error and that’s how he compares thing.
Anyway the Hawkeye number is interesting because that’s indeed exactly from a 5 days period of time and even when it was weak for a Marvel series is still astonishing that TPOTD was so close. And it’s just one episode so people would had expend less time watching it!
