If he went with AA, he probably sees it as a good networking event for Sunny March even if he doesn't win. Sadly I don't think he will win either even though this year he deserves to more than ever but that's the BAFTA's for you. 🙁

I didn't know the winners were elected by a comitee/jury. Anythingbatch tweeted the list for leading actor and a link to all about Bafta 2017. Bafta Brochure I remember that BC was part of the committee for breakthrough actor/actress a few years ago. With Mark Kermode, if I remember well. There was a photo. It was funny because the silly anecdote of BC hitting Kermode to defend Keira Knightly's talent! The photo: goo.gl/images/AWbvV6It was in the movie categories, tho.
